How much is Shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $12 Australia wide for packages 3kg and under and $15 for packages over 3kg. Express shipping is $18. We ship Australia wide and to New Zealand, Usa and Europe. International shipping costs will be calculated depending on where you are. 

How long will my order take to get to me?

We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days after being placed then gets sent to the courier, after that times depend on where you are located and if there are any shipping delays. We do not pack orders on weekends and if order is placed on a Friday please factor in weekends as a possible delay. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

Some items that are more delicate or fragile will be bubble-wrapped by us as we strive to make sure you get your order in the condition it was packaged. If the item has still been damaged then you will need to inquire about your order through our couriers with Aus Post to see what happened to your order their end. We do not ship faulty or broken items however if something has happened feel-free to contact us by our contact page and attach images so we can help where we can. We do not accept refunds for melted items, if you order things that have a chance of melting and you live far away please ensure you select Express shipping so you are not disappointed, even then we cannot guarantee it will arrive in normal condition. 

I have my order but I have received an incorrect item

Please contact us via our contact page if this problem occurs and we will try to sort out the problem.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately you cannot amend/change your order, if you have any questions or clicked the wrong product you are welcome to contact us via our contact page. We will try to ammodate your requests however once we pack your order there will be no chance in changing your order. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by emailing us, however if the order has been given to the courier or has been shipped you will not be able to get a refund. 

Refund/exchange policy

You have a 7-day period to return your items for a refund, any longer then we cannot accept because of expiration dates on products. The items have to be in brand new, sealed condition and not tampered with. 

Best Before or Expiry dates

Being candy and edible items they do come with expiration dates and best before dates, we always check dates before packaging orders so that you get the best quality products. At the time of packing orders dates will be in however if you haven't opened your package at the time of delivery or you stock candy for a while, we are not responsible for any candy that expires and no refund will be given. 

Do you do custom, corporate or big orders?

Please email us if you have a custom order request and we will try our best to accommodate, we also do accept corporate and big orders however these orders tend to include an extra charge for shipping if needed. Please contact us to talk more about possibilities and arrangements.
